S30 hydraulic side arm

  • Hydraulic hoses of the attachment are connected to the side arm with flat face quick couplers.

  • Telescope and jib arm movement speeds are adjustable.

  • The jib arm floats hydraulically upwards, but not downwards.

  • Multi connector for connecting the S30 attachment’s hydraulic hoses, available as an option.

The hydraulic side arm with the S30 quick-attach system, can be equipped with the corresponding S30 quick attach bracket. The side arm is equipped with a straight telescopic arm and a tilting jib arm. The telescopic arm extends max. 1 metre hydraulically to the side, and the jib arm movement is max. 45° down and 90° up from the horizontal position. 

The side arm is equipped with a hydraulic release mechanism, and the hydraulic release pressure can be adjusted and measured. The attachment mounted on the side arm will give in backward when it hits an obstacle. The side arm will come back to normal position as soon as the attachment is tilted downwards. The Avant 180 kg side weight kit A49063 is available as an option. It is necessary with heavier attachments like the A37505 S30 flail mower 1200 mm.
