Edge trimmer with weed brush

The edge trimmer with weed brush enables edge cutting and sweeping at the same time. It is intended for cleaning edges between the kerb and the lawn, and it can also be used for trimming the edge between the lawn and paving, asphalt and concrete slabs.

The cutting disc can be lifted up so that the unit works as a weed brush only. The brush (A422665) is a heavy-duty wire rope brush, with a diameter of 700 mm as standard. The diameter of the cutting disc is 460 mm. An adjustable and detachable splash guard and a foldable support wheel are standard equipment as well.

The working width (distance from the brush to the side of the loader’s quick attach plate) can be adjusted manually at max. 180 mm, as well as the distance between the cutting disc and the brush. The cutting disc is also spring loaded which means the spring turns the disc parallel with the driving direction. The angle of the brush can be adjusted manually.

The unit can be mounted in three different positions – on the right or left side of the loader, or pointing to the front (transport position). Changing the working direction from the right to the left side of the loader requires tools and the left-handed mounting bracket A449096 for the cutting disc.
